Account Actions for Violations:

If you violate these rules, Lifepart may:

• Remove your content

• Restrict features

• Temporarily suspend your account

• Permanently ban your account without prior notice

4. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of the content you create and share.

• By posting, you grant Lifepart a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display your content within the platform.

5. Restrictions on Platform Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use Lifepart for illegal or unauthorized activities

• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful scripts

• Attempt to hack, modify, or disrupt the service

• Sell or buy accounts

• Manipulate engagement (likes, comments, follows)

6. Messaging & Calling Features (Talkyfly)

Lifepart includes integration with our messaging app Talkyfly for:

• Text messaging

• Audio calls

• Video calls

• Group chats

• File sharing

You must not use these features for:

• Harassment

• Threats

• Sending adult content

• Sharing illegal materials

All communication must follow our Safety Guidelines.

7. Advertising & Monetization

If you run ads, promotions, or business activities on Lifepart, you must follow:

• Local laws

• Lifepart monetization rules

• Authentic business practices

We may remove misleading or harmful business content.

8. Data Usage & Privacy

Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:

By using Lifepart, you consent to our privacy practices.

9. Termination of Service
